The EssenceRO Promise

If you're here with us today, we're sure that you have a reason for it. Maybe you're here because you feel like this server has a strong, fair staff team behind it. Maybe you're here because you're looking for a free new RO server to play on. Or maybe you're just here because you tagged along with your friends who decided to come.

But regardless of what reasons you hold for being here, you are now part of the EssenceRO community. And right here, right now, from the very beginning, we'd like to begin this community with a fun, helpful, and trustworthy relationship between our staff team and our players. And so today, we will offer up to you the EssenceRO Promise.

We, the EssenceRO Staff, will promise to do the following for you:

• We promise to protect your right to enjoy EssenceRO. You have chosen to take part in our community, and so we will try our best to ensure that your decision will never be taken from you by other players.
  
• We promise to show respect for you, your beliefs, your ideas, your concerns, and your suggestions. This is not a server for us; it's a server for our players. If we fail to respect and truly consider the valued input of our players, then we will surely fail to provide our players with a game that that they can truly enjoy.
  
• We promise not to abuse our powers as staff members to provide special advantages to any discriminated normal characters, especially our own. We believe that a game that is not played fairly and equally is by definition not a game at all; in fact, it is unquestionably just a waste of time. We are not here to waste your time and ours; instead, we are here to ensure that you love every minute that you spend on EssenceRO.
  
• We promise to constantly strive to improve EssenceRO. We will keep the server regularly updated, and on top of that, we will repeatedly challenge ourselves to consider new ways on how to take it a step further. We want you to not only love the game as it is now, but also to look forward to what the game can offer you in the future.

We promise all of these to you, and in return, it is our hope that you can make a similar promise to us. For playing on EssenceRO, we ask only the following from you:

• Please follow all of the EssenceRO rules that are posted here. Please keep in mind that these rules are not here to restrict your enjoyment of the game, but are instead here to protect the right of all of our players to enjoy the game.
  
• Please remember that you are responsible for your accounts. Any actions from your accounts that violate the EssenceRO rules will be your responsibility, even if someone else playing on your account is guilty. In order to prevent this, we highly recommend that you keep your accounts and passwords not only a secret, but also difficult for friends, strangers, and enemies to guess. In particular, the EssenceRO staff will NEVER ask for information about your account or password, since we can determine this internally. If you are asked for this information by a "GM", then please exercise extra caution with what you reveal: you are most likely being targeted by a scammer!
  
• Please note that although you are entitled to freedom of speech, you are still responsible for the words that you speak. In other words, we will not attempt to censor you unless the words you say have a strong possibility of offending someone's integrity, religion, beliefs, race, nationality, gender, or sexuality. Once again, this is not here to restrict your enjoyment of the game, but instead to protect the right of all of our players to enjoy the game.
  
• Please enjoy our server as much as possible. If something (and we mean ANYTHING) is bothering you, please speak your mind about it, either publicly on forum, or privately with a staff member via PM/AIM/MSN/Email. We wouldn't want you to leave the server disappointed without fully understanding what you disliked about it.

So you see, most of these requests are really just asking you to help us keep our promise to you. If you can make this promise to us, then it is our belief that EssenceRO will definitely grow to become a beautiful, flourishing, and long lasting community.

Si estas con nosotros hoy, estamos seguros que tienes una razon. Quizas estas aqui porque crees que este server tiene el respaldo de un staff fuerte y justo. Quizas estas aqui buscando un nuevo y gratuito servidor de RO para jugar. O Quizas estas aqui porque segues a tus amigos que ya decidieron venire.

Pero sin importer la razon que tengas para estar aqui, ahora eres parte de la comunidad EssenceRO. Justo aqui, justo ahora, desde el principio, queremos comenzar esta conuidad con una relacion alegre, provechosa y leal entre nuestro staff y nuestros jugadores. Encontes hoy, te ofrecemos la promesa de EssenceRO.

Nosotros, el Staff de EssenceRO, prometemos que haremos lo siguiente por ti:

• Te prometemos proteger el derecho a disfrutar EssenceRO. Has elegido formar parte de esta comunidad y por eso trataremos de la mejor forma de asegurarte que tu decision nunca sera quitada de ti por otros jugadores.
  
• Te prometemos respeto hacia ti, tus creencias, ideas, preocupaciones y tus sugerencias. Este no es un servidor para nosotros; es un servidor para los jugadores. Si fallamos en respetar y considerar realmente la importancia que aportan los jugadores, entonces seguramente fracasaremos en proveer a nuestros jugadores el juego que ellos seguramente podrian disfrutar.
  
• Te prometemos no abusar de los poderes que como miembros del staff tenemos para dar ventajas especiales a cualquier caracter normal, especialmente los nuestros. Creemos que un juego que no es jugado de una manera justa y equitativa no es por definicion siguiera un juego; de hecho; es incuestionable una perdida de tiempo. No estamos aqui para hacerles perder el timepo a ustedes ni el nuestro; todo lo contrario; estamos aqui para asegurales que disfruten cada minuto que pasen en EssenceRO.
  
• Prometemos esforzarnos constantemente por mejorar EssenceRO. Tendremos el servidor actualizado regularmente, y por sobre todo eso, nos desafiaremos para considerar nuevas maneras para estar un paso adelante. No solo queremos que ames este juego como esta ahora, sino tambien que mires lo que pueda ofrecerte el juego en el futuro.

Prometemos todo esto hacia ti, en retribucion, es nuestro deseo que puedas hacer una promesa similar hacia nosotros. Para jugar en EssenceRO, solo te solicitamos lo siguiente:

• Sigue las reglas de EssenceRO que estan posteadas aqui. Por favor ten en cuenta que estas reglar no estan para restringir tu entretenimiento sobre el juego, sino que estan para proteger los derechos de todos nuestros jugadores.
  
• Por favor recorda que eres responsible de tu cuenta. Cualquier accion desde tu cuenta que viole las reglas de EssenceRO sera tu responsabilidad aunque sea otro quien sea el culpable jugando con la misma. Para poder prevenir esto, te recomendamos encarecidamente guardar tu cuenta y clave, no solo en un lugar secreto, sino que dificil para tus amigos, extraños y enemigos de adivinar. En particular, los miembros de EssenceRO NUNCA te solicitaran informacion sobre tu cuenta y claves, dado que lo podemos determinar internamente. Si alguna vez un �€œGM�€� te solicita dicha informacion, por favor ejercita extra precaucion con lo que le revelas: seguramente estas siendo apuntado por un scammer!
  
• Por favor presta atencion que aunque eres libre de expresarte, eres de todas formas responsible de tus palabras. En otras palabras, no intentaremos censarte a no ser que las palabras que digas tengan una fuerte posibilidad the ofender la integridad de alguin, religion, creencia, raza, nacionalidad, sexo o sexualidad. Un vez mas, esto no esta para restringir que disfrutes el juego, sino que para protejer los derechos de todos nuestros jugadores a disfrutar del juego.
  
• Por favor disfruta nuestro servidor lo mas que puedas. Si algo (y queremos decir cualquier cosa) te molesta, por favor expresalo, ya sea publicamente en los foros, o privadamente con algun miembro del staff via PM/AIM/MSN/Email. No queremos que abandones el server decepcionado sin haber entendido por completo que fue lo que no te gusto.
