To get a prompt answer from me, leave me a message letting me know what your question or issue is with all of the relevant details and I'll get back to you. For discussing matters in depth, I prefer real-time contact through IRC/AIM/MSN/etc rather than a Private Message on the forums, as PMs usually need a longer response and thus time-consuming to address.
Note: It's not a good idea to email me for anything other than forum validation issues. If that's your issue, you should email me your display name so it can be fixed. In most cases, using a different email provider should fix the issue -- such as Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail.
- Account Recovery - Recovering a lost account username or password.
- Enforcement Inquiries - Asking about or appealing an in-game punishment on your account.
- Forum Moderation Inquiries - Removing Limited Member status or appealing a warn on the forums.
- Donation Inquiries - Overdue Character Transfer/Player Town/etc.
- Compromised Accounts/Lost Items - If you lost an item, got hacked, etc.
- Suggestions - Requesting changes to the game. Please check if your proposal exists already before making a new one.
- Technical Support - If you're crashing in-game or encountering other technical problems.
- Abuse Reports - Reporting a player for breaking the rules.
